MUSC (2009)
At the end of the 2011/12 season, four of the current MUSC (2009) committee of eight will be standing down.
This presents an opportunity for new people to join the committee and help build on the success that MUSC has enjoyed during its first three years.
However, it also represents a very real threat to the continuation of the supporters’ club. There is a possibility that insufficient new committee members can be found.
This is an appeal to all supporters to consider whether they may be willing to stand for election to the 2012/13 committee. As well as helping on match days (if possible) and with fundraising initiatives, the committee meet once a month to discuss current issues and the way forward for MUSC.
Since the its formation MUSC has contributed over £14,000 to Mangotsfield United Football Club.
If you think you might be interested, please speak to Andy Milne (chairman) or Caroline Smardon (secretary). If you’re not sure, please chat to Andy, Caroline or any of the current committee members to discuss the role and help you decide if it’s right for you.
