Melksham Town Preview

By Bob Smale

Tough game in prospect

On Saturday (23rd), Melksham Town make their first official visit to Cossham Street, since 1999/2000 when we were both in the Western League. Darren Perrin is the Melksham Chairman and he has overseen their move to their new stadium, at Oaklands, and also their promotion last season, which sees them playing at Level Four, for the first time in their history. They have done well so far this season and won the corresponding fixture 2-1 in Wiltshire, in November.
Luke Ballinger scored both their goals on that day, and we welcome him back, together with Darren Perrin, Tom Warren, Robert Hobbs, Simon Gilbert, & Nuno Felix.

Squad news:
Matty Tanner is currently suspended, Sekani Simpson is unavailable, and Clayton Fortune has a back injury.
Harry Rutty, Colin Mugoya-Tabingwa Harrison Lea & Calum Ferguson all come into the squad.

Squad From : -Joe Perry, Harry Rutty, Lee Hartshorn, Harrison Lea, Isaac Kelly, Colin Mugoya-Tabingwa, Chris Peck, Luke Spokes, James Ollis, Lewis Ellington, Dan Demkiv, Louis Britton, Tyrone Tucker-Dixon, Calum Ferguson, Tom Hillman
