The agreement will see Mangotsfield Sports of Premier Division II of The Bristol Suburban League playing home fixtures at Cossham Street from the 2012/13 season. It is expected that some of the players from the now defunct Almondsbury Town Reserves will play for the newly formed team.
The new club has its own constitution and affiliation in place, along with its own funding. The ground share agreement encompasses use of both the football facilities and use of the clubhouse.
The newly formed club are managed by former Mangotsfield United player and Reserve Team assistant manager Neil McKeown.
